Based on a promise with his best friend and pro soccer player, Yukihiko, Tetsu becomes an orthopedic surgeon. But, when Tetsu sees Yukihiko for the first time in a while, Yukihiko has had a career-ending injury and is now deep in sorrow and self-pity. After getting drunk, on his way home Yukihiko falls down some stairs and loses his memory of everything after high school. Tetsu's always been in love with Yukihiko, so he uses his current condition to lie to him that they're dating! This is a love story that starts from a lie between a clumsy doctor who's had a crush his whole life, and a soccer player at the end of his career.
