Police detective Tsuyoshi Sudo has a good build, a loud voice, and plenty of popularity, but he's a wimp when it comes to violence. While raiding a mafia hideout, Tsuyoshi runs into his former middle-school classmate, Fuyu Natsume, who'd been held prisoner to "service" one of the gangsters. Turns out Fuyu's parents were murdered when he was a child, and the culprit has been at large ever since. Fed up with the police, Fuyu's been investigating the case on his own.
